We take pride in the quality and care behind each piece we offer. Because our products are made-to-order or handcrafted in limited quantities, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
To request a return or replacement:

If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. Items must be unused and in their original packaging if returned.
Please note:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing (where applicable), or color variations due to screen differences.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For Print-on-Demand Items (Printful, Gelato, etc.)
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if:

You receive the wrong item, size, or color

There is a clear manufacturing error
POD providers do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size choice, or minor color variation. These policies are industry standard.
